We're trying to lessen our footprint. It's not easy in a heritage building but we are looking carefully at what we consume.
We recycle our garbage into general waste, compost, recycle paper, and recycle plastics, cans, and bottles.
We recycle batteries and are happy for people to bring their batteries for us to take away.
We using up all our old stock and moving to compostable disposable cups, etc.
